Refund & Replacement Policy

Processing & Shipping times

  • Our products are tested and immaculately packed. If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will arrange replacement.
  • All our products are lined-up for delivery on the same day of the order. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours (other than the customised and specially ordered pieces).
  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. All Sunday orders will be shipped only on Monday.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • We deliver within 3-5 days to anywhere in India, but unexpected delays do occur. So please plan ahead for sufficient buffer time.
  • When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has been shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available.

Replacement Policies

  • All products come with a standard warranty of 15 days (unless specified). In case of functional defects, please write to us with details, pictures, and order reference number asking for a replacement within this duration from the date of shipment.
  • All products shipped by ThinkRobotics.in have a unique hologram on the product. If the hologram is not present or if tampered, then the Refund/Replacement Policy shall not be applicable.
  • If you decide to proceed with the Refund, you will have to bear the return shipping charges. After verification of defects, a replacement or repaired product will be sent to you without further delivery charges.
  • After defect verification, a replacement product shall be dispatched within ten days of receipt of the defective product.
  • However, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, has been soldered or altered in any way or not bought from us.
  • Given the lack of valid reasons and details, we will be unable to process any replacements.

    Shipping Policies

    • We ship multiple components of an order together but this might not always be possible due to other orders, type of product or availability.
    • Write back to us within 5 days of delivery about damaged products with your order reference number to receive a replacement.
    • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

    Changing or Cancelling An Order

    • Exchange or cancellation requests need to be emailed within a day of placing the order. Depending on the payment methods used by the customer bank deductions and payment gateway deductions may apply. If the product has moved to the next delivery status, we won't be able to cancel it.
    • All products shipped by ThinkRobotics.in have a unique hologram on the product. If the hologram is not present or if tampered, then the Changing/Cancelling Policy shall not be applicable.

    Return Guidelines

    • In case of no possibility of repair after defect verification or unavailability of stock, customer will receive a total price refund within 5 working days.
    • All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. Do not write anything on the merchandise package or damage it in anyway.
    • All products shipped by ThinkRobotics.in have a unique hologram on the product. If the hologram is not present or if tampered, then the Refund/Replacement Policy shall not be applicable.

    Limits Of Responsibility

    • We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
    • We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late. We do not ship to hotels or mail forwarders.
